LCF 4 YEAR ANNIVERSARY June 1st

It’s time to party y’all!!! It has been an amazing 4 years at Lineage CrossFit! At the end of the month we are going to celebrate on Saturday MAY 31ST! LCF will be providing a ton of food per usual and if you would like to provide your favorite side dish or dessert, please feel free to bring one! * We will have a sides/desserts sign up sheet in the gym when we get closer to the event! We are so excited to hang out, eat, laugh, drink and continue to deepen the culture we have here with all you kick ass people!
Mat Hotho and The Semi Finals!
Mat has unofficially made it to The Adaptive CrossFit Games! He is currently in 6th place in Semis and the top 10 make it to the finals! We will know for sure on June 4th as that is when the leaderboard is officially finalized!
You can congratulate him on his amazing season thus far but to be safe , lets wait until June 4 to celebrate big with him!
The Games are in Las Vegas in mid September. We would love for you to travel by our side as Mat competes!
Mat wanted a little more chill approach to Semis this year so we didn’t promote it super hard in the gym!

That is going to turn into a cool tool for us all. No more barbarians who “don’t have social media” and missed the announcements!!!!!

This is a large undertaking and we are already making some mistakes! A rather large group of you will have to resign some contracts one more time! That is on Me! The admin side of PP is really different than WODIFY. Different language , different formatting, and we are looking for a quick learning curve. Thanks for being so awesome!

Hi Parker! We are talking about you here! Congratulations on taking the CF-L1 Seminar and passing the test! That is really amazing!
Parker took the L1 because he wants to become a coach for us here at LCF!!! We really love all the passion that grows inside our walls that helps to inspire our community in all different ways!
Parker will be shadowing with us through April and May to see if he likes coaching so he can potentially become part of our coaching staff!
Congratulate him when you see him!
