What can I say, never miss a DEMO DAY!
The whole point of this necessary construction was for you and everyone else who is joining LCF to have the same accustomed space to workout as we did back when we had just opened.
This is really going to help out also as the OPEN comes this week. Our hopes, based on the workouts, is to host every OPEN competitor on the LCF wall and use the rest of the gym for friends & family to spectate & to give you space to warm up also. The Tree wall rig and space around it will have some specific areas for warm up!
Thank you to everyone who joined us after the coaches meeting to help DEMO and clean up for the build out of our new, even larger open floor space.
We were able to add another full squat rack and 4 more pull up stations, one has a single bar for Bar Muscle Up avails!

YOU NEED: clean clothes to put on when you enter the plunge, we are not getting in the plunge in our sweat soaked underwear! Keep it clean for yourself and the next person!
The plunge is a great pre workout idea – 30 Mins prior to class.

24.1 is the first of 3 workouts will be released This coming Thursday at 3PM! Friday night and Sat morning we will run the OPEN workouts, judges and community! 1 workout each week for 2 weeks!
