Personal Training
If you are not familiar with Personal Training, it is a 1 on 1 session with a coach for 1 hour at a time. Usually the goal is to get strong in a private setting.
Coach Jason has been a personal trainer for many years. Coach Andy is going to start offering personal training along side Jason Starting immediately!
We can cover full body workouts, and specific muscle groups. Want to get ready for beach season, get your first pull ups, develop the correct body mechanics to perform many gymnastic reps in a row, we can help.
We will also offer metcons tailored to you during these sessions if you have goals for the OPEN an upcoming competition or if you want a metcon specific to your goals.
Currently we are running these personal training sessions inbetween our open hours 10-12:15 and 1:15-4:15.
Based on our coaching schedules we will also be available Thursdays all day and possibly saturdays after the team workout!
Please talk with Coach Andy and he will talk to you about rates!
