24.1!
Man y’all crushed 24.1 last week! Friday Night Lights and Saturday Morning Madness!!! This year is already my favorite one so far. We have sooo many new athletes doing the CF OPEN for the first time AND a ton of athletes with experience leading the way! You all rock, lets recover and remember to take it easy on Thursday and Friday so you are prepared for the next EVENT!
It was an awesome two days of competition under the LCF roof! Thank you to the Judges who volunteered their time and will continue to do so over the next two weeks!

YOU NEED: clean clothes to put on when you enter the plunge, we are not getting in the plunge in our sweat soaked underwear! Keep it clean for yourself and the next person!
The plunge is a great pre workout idea – 30 Mins prior to class.
