The Remedy House – Clearwater
Lineage FAM, my # 1 priority is CrossFit. You are all so incredibly important to Kelly and I.
Making The Remedy House its own business is how I continue to give you all my best. I am moving the recovery equipment into another space about 6 doors down (1154 Kapp Dr. Clearwater, FL) in the same building so that I can create more space in the gym for YOU (read about the next LCF upgrade below).
SAUNA + PLUNGE
UPDATE! The free trial for the cold plunge has ended. Monthly unlimited use of the sauna & cold plunge is $65 a month for ACTIVE LCF MEMBERS. This starts FEB 1.
YOU NEED: clean clothes to put on when you enter the plunge, we are not getting in the plunge in our sweat soaked underwear! Keep it clean for yourself and the next person!
The plunge is a great pre workout idea – 30 Mins prior to class.
We have provided a lot of FAQs and protocols near the units. Please read them prior to first use.
LCF EXPANSION PACK # IDK….
Here we go again FAM! We are continuing to grow and the classes are getting larger, more often. This is why we are trying out a 5AM CLASS but, most importantly, we are moving The Remedy House so that I can rip down our office walls and ceiling and make the gym floor more open. We are adding our last rig/squat rack + floor mats. We are also going to be able to store some items in our new space down the way to make some room. This might mean we move equipment around a bit. Y’all have always been so good to Kel, myself and all the coaches during all the other changes and that makes us feel good about continuing to make more! 20 in a class is looking to become the norm so, that means more space, more equipment (we will be buying more WB, KBS, boxes, DB’s, Abmats, etc. soon).
Thank you for your patience as we grow, we are always dedicated to your experience here at LCF and we plan to keep that quality right where its at, if not continue to raise it!
