SAUNA+ PLUNGE
We hosted our seminar over the weekend and we had over ten people stay to check out the two recovery options!
UPDATE! Monthly unlimited use of the sauna & cold plunge is $65 a month for ACTIVE LCF MEMBERS. This start FEB 1.
YOU NEED: clean clothes to put on when you enter the plunge, we are not getting in the plunge in our sweat soaked underwear! Keep it clean for yourself and the next person!
the plunge is a great pre workout idea – 30 Mins prior to class.
We have provided a lot if FAQs and protocols near the units. Please read them prior to first use.
The Cold plunge is now available for free use for the rest of the month. While we are offering free plunges, please bring your own towel. Once the two weeks expires, membership will start for both the sauna and plunge as ONE package only. Towels are provided for paid memberships.
